  • Drills and mobility work. Warm-up drills increase running economy and mobility keeps you out of the injury cycle.

  • Race planning and support. Line up at your race with a solid pacing and nutrition plan.

  • Daily communication. I am only a text away for questions and support when your schedule needs to be adjusted due to family events, sick kids etc.

About Me

I live in the foothills of Alberta, Canada in a small rural community. I am a wife and homeschool mom who loves helping people on their running journey.

My running journey started in high-school and continued through college, but I really didn’t become competitive until after my 7th baby was born. It was then that I started running more and asking my running friends for advice. I soon decided that I wanted to learn about all things running. This led me on the search for a scientific running certification. I enjoy continuing the learning process everyday.

Somewhere in the timeline we also started fostering and adopted our 8th child.

Over the past 15 years I have ran competitively in numerous races from 5 km to the Canadian Death Race of 118km. I have coached numerous athletes from beginners to intermediate runners in a wide range of distances.

I am a firm believer in including cross training and strength training to the running schedule. Keeping it effective, fun, and reducing injury.
