The whole experience coaching with Laura-Jayne was fantastic! The accountability of having strength workouts over Zoom was really helpful as were the check-ins after my runs especially coming back from a previous injury. She knew just how much to push me to get results but not make it overwhelming. The squat assessment gave me the tools I needed to overcome my old injury and get a personal best in the 5km, 10km and half marathon distance. Would definitely recommend!

I contacted Run with Jayne coaching because I was struggling to start running consistently after a previous half marathon. I initially wasn’t sure if a coach would actually help but I quickly realized it was what I needed. The schedule Laura-Jayne put together was an enjoyable gentle start and her patience and positive feedback has been helpful to keep me going. Since I started coaching I have successfully ran a few more half marathons , 10k’s and my first 50 km mountain ultra. I was really nervous about running the 50 km but finished well before cut off time and felt good. I appreciate the friendship we have developed and look forward to continuing to train together on remote Mnt. trails.

I decided to run my first ever 10 km race at the age of 57. I knew I couldn’t go it alone so I talked to Laura-Jayne. I know I couldn’t have done it without her. She was so helpful from setting up up my schedule , helping me overcome soreness to encouraging me when I had doubts. I ran not only my first 10km successfully, but also a second race shortly after.
