About Me

I live in the foothills of Alberta, Canada in a small rural community. I am a wife and mother who loves helping people on their running journey.

My running journey started in high-school and continued through college, but I really didn’t become competitive until after my 7th baby was born. It was then that I started running more and asking my running friends for advice. I soon decided that I wanted to learn about all things running. This led me to the many scientific and knowledgeable certifications that I hold and I continue learning everyday.

Over the past 10 years I have ran competitively in numerous races from 5 km to the ultra distance of 50+ km. I have coached numerous athletes from beginners to intermediate runners in a wide range of distances.

I have had a great coach for many years. Having that support person in my life has been motivating and rewarding and I want to give that back to my clients.

I am a firm believer in mixing it up with cross training and strength training to keep it fun but still effective. We all want to get to the finish line faster but also without injury.
